Deal Makers: Who We Are

Marc Lamb

Selectmen's Representative to and the Chair of the Economic Development Council:

Marc Lamb is a member of Easton's Selectboard and the current Chair of the Economic Development Council.  Prior to these positions, Marc served as Finance Committee Co Chair for 3 of the 4 years he was on that committee.  Marc also served on the School Building Committee for Easton's new elementary school.  Marc is a life long resident of Easton, married with two children attending Easton Public Schools.

Daniel Smith

Vice Chair of the Economic Development Council:

Dan Smith is a former Selectman and the founding Chair of Easton’s Economic Development Council. Dan is a Business Development Executive for Ameresco and has more than 18 years of experience working in a variety of roles including Director of Business Development for J. Derenzo Companies, one of the largest specialty contractors in the United States, Business Development Executive for Siemens, and began his career at MassDevelopment, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts’s economic development authority. 

 

Dan is the co-founder and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Strike Out Cancer, Board Member of Bridgewater State University’s Foundation, a Member of the New York League of Conservation Voters, and is a Technical Advisor to the Energy & Environmental Policy Committee of the Massachusetts Municipal Association.

 

Dan has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Northeastern University.

 

Dan and his wife, Jennifer, live in Easton, MA with their three children.

 

Dottie Fulginiti

Selectmen's Representative to the Economic Development Council:

Dottie Fulginiti is Chair of the Easton Select Board and has served the town since 2013. Dottie is also the Economic Recovery Planner for the Old Colony Planning Council focused on engaging and supporting municipalities in economic recovery and resilience from impacts of COVID-19.

 

Stephanie Danielson

Director of Planning & Economic Development:

Stephanie Danielson was appointed to the position of Director of Planning and Economic Development in September 2016 after serving the Town of Easton as Land User Planner, then Assistant Planning Director/Environmental Planner since 2006. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners, the Massachusetts Chapter of the American Planning Association and the Massachusetts Association of Planning Directors. Stephanie is also a long-serving board member of Brockton Arts, a non-profit organization promoting arts and culture in the greater Brockton area.

Jon Holbrook

Economic Development Council Member:

Jon grew up in Easton and is a graduate of the Easton Public Schools. He received an Associate’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Engineering from Wentworth Institute of Technology. Jon is the president and owner of North Easton Machine Company, a contract manufacturing business started by his father in 1964,  where he has worked for the past 30 years.

 

In addition to North Easton Machine,  Jon is a member of the National Tooling and Machining Association, The Precision Machined Products Association and a member of the Advisory Board  for South Eastern Regional Vocational Technical High School.

Bruce Boyer

Economic Development Council Member

Bruce Boyer is the Director of Facilities Management at Stonehill College and has worked in construction and facilities management for more than 40 years. While working for Wentworth Institute of Technology and as an active member of the Medical Academic and Scientific Community Organization (MASCO) and Colleges of the Fenway (COF) he worked closely with the City of Boston on the development of the Longwood/Fenway/Muddy River area.

Timothy McCaul: 

Economic Development Council Member

Residing in the Town of Easton since 2006. A Navy Veteran and small business owner of McCaul Land Title, Inc. With a strong belief in service has previously served on several boards in town including as the Chair of the Conservation Commission and on the Community Preservation Committee. Currently serves on the town’s Zoning Board of Appeals. Also is a member of Easton Lions, Metro South Chamber of Commerce & on the Board of directors of the Goddard Foundation.

Krystyna Ciaglo:

Economic Development Council Member

Krystyna graduated with a bachelors degree in Economics from Boston University and from Berklee College of Music with a degree in Music Production and Engineering. She spent 5 years working in real estate and property management and is currently the owner of an audio production business, specializing in Sound Design and audio editing, She also co-owns a mobile BBQ catering company, All Fired Up, with her husband who is a lifelong resident of Easton.  Krystyna also serves as a member of the recreation committee, and as a member of the Audio Engineering Society. 

Matthew Wittman:

Economic Development Council Member

Matt Wittman is a recent Easton resident, having moved to town in 2018. Matt is a digital marketing operations manager for a publishing company in Boston, with experience in email marketing, data science and event planning. A graduate of Tufts University, member of Theta Chi Fraternity and Eagle Scout, Matt is passionate about helping to make Easton an even better place to live and preserving the open spaces that make it so special.
